Volunteer Committees
Pee Wee Homes has four standing volunteer committees. Each group includes board members and other volunteers, and meetings range from monthly to only once every few months. Tenancy and Community Building
Provides strategic planning, oversight and support for the aspects of programming that impact residents directly, including maintenance and upkeep of homes, supportive services for residents and building meaningful relationships with all who are involved with the organization. Currently meets 2nd Friday monthly at 2:00 pm with in person and Zoom options.
Resource Raising and Communications
Provides strategic planning, oversight and support for fundraising, in-kind donations, marketing, branding, and community outreach. Meets irregularly but generally once every 2-3 months.
Site Development and Construction
Provides strategic planning, support and oversight for the design, construction and site development, and finding locations for new homes. Meets on an ad hoc basis (usually once every 2-3 months, but more frequently when in design/permitting stages, or if issues arise during construction).
Governance and Finance
Provides strategic planning, support and oversight for our board structure, bylaws, financial health, and other operations-related topics. Meets irregularly but generally once every 3 months.
